My insurance wanted this collision center to get all the parts in before I dropped my car off for repairs to avoid any issues with the length of time I am allowed to have a rental car, which is 30 days for me. They told me that getting the parts before I drop my car off would not speed up the process. Well because they couldn't find a lift gate for several weeks my car is still sitting in the collision center. I tried to have a conversation with the tech saying if you would have done like my insurance wanted you to do then the back order on the lift gate wouldn't have been an issue because my car wouldn't have been sitting in the shop all this time waiting. Now I'm being told it's not our fault the life gate couldn't be found. Yes I know that it isn't your fault. But having me bring my car in before the lift gate was at the shop, like the insurance company told you, is actually the reason why we have problems. I did not listen to the other reviews that told people to avoid Doggett but if anyone reads this please trust me when I say please go anywhere else but here. A tree branch clipped my side mirror on the passenger side causing the mirror to shatter. After making a few calls, Doggett was the best choice. The receptionist was incredibly kind. When I showed up, the computers were down due to a power outage. They still took down my info and called me once the part had arrived. The installation was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The price was very affordable and reasonable.

The receptionist that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The claims specialist that I spoke to was transparent with the repair estimate and the total damage that was done to my car. Overall they made the check in process feel easy with almost little to no effort. In my humble opinion.

My car repairs went okay but the overall collision center needs to improve. Punctuality needs to be worked on, l've never had one phone call returned after several times I was told they would be. I also thought they would have been a bit more cleanly when my car was completed. My headliner has fingerprints on it from when they removed/reinstalled it and a layer of dirt from them was left ALL over my car that was all over the interior trim pieces when I picked it up. I did have to return to have my car reworked since my trunk flooded due to the seam not being sealed properly and wasn't offered an apology even though it should have been verified nothing leaked prior to picking up the vehicle.

I would not recommend Doggett Honda for collision repairs based on my experience. If I could give them zero stars I would. My car sat in their shop from the end of October until mid-February, and during that time we were repeatedly told “it will be ready next week.” That was not the case. There was little to no communication, and we constantly had to call for updates. Getting in touch with Kevin—or receiving a callback—was extremely difficult. It wasn’t until I raised serious concerns in early February that communication improved at all. When we finally got the car back, it was making noise immediately. We were told it was likely “normal wear and tear on the brakes,” which made no sense considering they said when the brakes were checked, they showed no wear and still had plenty of pad left, confirming that was not the issue. However, my car was being repaired due to front-end damage. After questioning what was actually replaced, we learned they had only replaced some suspension components and reused others. We returned the vehicle, and upon reinspection, they determined it needed: A wheel bearing replacement A seat module replacement (because the wrong one was installed initia
